The templates can have any text or html that you would like. You can also use dynamic fields from the active directory to personalize the emails. Inserting images into the templates is not possible, however you can link to an image.
Note: Do not use MS Word or FrontPage to edit templates. They are not standard html editors and often insert their own markup which may break the dynamic features.
